CMM PROGRAMMING SUPPORT

Our team of Application Engineers can provide support for CMM programs in a range of softwares. With years of industry experience we can supply a robust, efficient program to aid in improved inspection throughput whilst maintaining the accuracy and repeatability needed.



We begin each project with a drawing review. This helps us to discuss which measurements are feasible and which dimensions are not. We will then create a ballooned drawing in our software, MarkUp Inspector, to clearly identify which features will be measured in the measurement routine.

With experience in creating stage inspection programs right through to full FAIR programs for NPI, we will be able to support your project from start to finish. We can also carry out Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibilty (Gauge R&R) and Correlation Studies if required, or supply the programs for your own inspection staff to use.

We also offer offline programming to reduce the downtime of the machine. Our Application Engineers can write the program offsite and only come to your facility to install the program to keep disruption to a minimum. This can be in the following software:

VALIDATION PROGRAMS

Our team of Application Engineers can provide validation programs if required. This provides an independent check to validate the results of another program and identify any issues.
